It is now 2010! Yay!!! What does that mean?... With the start of a brand new year comes new goals, new aspirations and oh yes...new laws! Yay? A lot of these laws will effect very few of us, but a few of these will effect a lot of us. Oh yeah
us = Californians, especially those that like whipped cream. Lol. So hear are some of the new laws for Cali
Airport people can shoot birdies, a new organization
the California Blueberry Commission raises blueberry cost by $0.025 per pound to fund themselves, Colleges can get a restraining order on you if you threaten violence, dairy people arent allowed to cut the moo moos tail no more (Hehe), Homosexual marriages arranged out of state before the passing of proposition 8 are now recognized by the state, it is now a misdemeanor to hang a noose to scare people where you hang it, May 22 is now a state holiday to celebrate the life of gay-rights activist Harvey Milk, Quadrupling the fine for human trafficking and cars used in prostitution can be impounded, Office pools are still illegal (I did not know that), but now just an infraction rather than a misdemeanor, people (especially celebrities) can sue if their pictures are taken and sold without permission (look out Paparazzi. Lol), its a misdemeanor to possess a razor blade or box cutter on school grounds (I thought this was already a law. ?

), Prohibiting talent representatives from charging advance fees (Yay for Hollywood!), Permitting a California resident who is 17 to pre-register to vote (Yay me!), March 30th is now Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans, and finally the most shocking law ever!!!!!!!!...Are you ready?...Here you go...Whipping cream cans may no longer be bought by any minor. Whipped cream is illegal! NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! Well that's not the law, but a complete egsaduration. Lol The law says that people may not sell nor furnish N2O (nitrous oxide) to a minor. Whipped Cream in spray-cans contains N2O, but whatever.
So yeah. There are more new laws, but that's like thousands. I just read up on the interesting ones. That will probably come back later to bite me in the butt, but whatever. So those are Cali laws and here are a few new foreign laws (Is Texas foreign? lmao)...
In Illinois texting, web surfing and checking email is now illegal, but you can still use your phone's GPS (Loophole! "No officer I was just looking at my GPS" lol., Texting while driving is illegal in New Hampshire, Oregon, and 16 other states, In Oregon anyone under 16 needs to wear a seatbelt on an ATV while on public property, Same-sex couples will be able to marry in New Hampshire, In North Carolina there is a state-wide ban on smoking in most bars and restaurants, and in Texas minors need an adult to go tanning in tanning beds.
Also it is now illegal to kill people in Arkansas. Jk. Lol Its always been illegal.
I'm bored. This was long.

I'ma play Restaurant City! Yay!!!
